display

10.1-inch IPS LCD, 149 ppiAt 149 pixels per inch and 800×1280 resolution, text and icons are clearly readable at normal tablet distance, though finer detail in photos will show pixelation compared to sharper tablets in its price range.

performance

AllWinner A523, Mali-G57 GPUThis entry-level chipset handles light web browsing, video playback, and basic apps smoothly, but demanding games and heavy multitasking will stall noticeably.

battery

5100 mAh, roughly 8 to 10 hoursWith moderate use (web browsing, video, reading), expect a full day between charges; heavy use will drain it in around 6 to 7 hours of continuous screen time.

charging

10W wired, roughly 3 to 4 hoursCharging from empty takes about 3 to 4 hours, so overnight charging is practical but not quick if you need the tablet during the day.

camera

8MP main, 5MP selfie, 1080p videoThe rear camera is adequate for casual document scanning and distant subjects in daylight; video recording at 1080p@30fps is smooth but not high resolution by current standards.

connectivity

Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, no cellularWi-Fi 6 support means fast wireless speeds at home, but this tablet cannot use mobile data—you must stay within Wi-Fi range or rely on a phone hotspot.

GoSolo Verdict

The Blackview Tab 60 is a basic 10.1-inch tablet for home use: Wi-Fi only, slow processor, dull 149-ppi display, and 10W charging make it a rough experience by 2025 standards, but the price is genuinely low and the hardware is adequate for reading, video, and casual browsing at home.

Strengths · 4

10.1-inch screen is genuinely large for the price, useful for reading and video at home
Wi-Fi 6 support means fast wireless speeds where it matters
Dedicated microSDXC slot lets you expand storage without sacrificing the SIM tray (not that it matters here—there is no cellular)
Stereo speakers and headphone jack are rare finds on budget tablets now

Trade-offs · 3

AllWinner A523 is entry-level even for budget tablets; demanding apps and multitasking will lag noticeably
149 ppi at 10.1 inches means text is crisp but photos and fine detail look pixelated next to tablets with 200+ ppi at this size
10W charging is slow—a full charge takes 3 to 4 hours, making midday top-ups awkward
