GoSolo Read / what it means6 takeaways

performance

Dimensity 8300, 16GB RAMThe 8-core MediaTek processor at 3.35 GHz handles everyday apps, social media, and casual games smoothly, with 16GB RAM letting you keep many apps open without slowdown.

battery

11000 mAh, about 2 days light useThis large capacity means roughly 10 to 12 hours of continuous screen time, or two full days if you use the phone lightly and don't stream video constantly.

display

6.78-inch 120Hz IPS, 560 nits peakThe 120Hz refresh rate keeps scrolling and page turns smooth; 560 nits means you can read it in bright sunlight, though reflections will be noticeable on a sunny beach.

storage

512GB internal, microSD up to 2TBYou get half a terabyte built-in, enough for thousands of photos and videos without expansion; the microSD slot lets you add up to 2 terabytes if you need to carry a media library.

durability

IP68 and IP69K rating, 17.7mm thickIP68 means it survives submersion to 1.5 meters; IP69K adds resistance to high-pressure jets, making it suited for construction sites or outdoor work where water spray is common.

connectivity

5G, LTE, and extensive band coverageThe phone supports both FDD and TDD 5G across many frequencies, plus fallback to LTE bands covering most regions worldwide, ensuring signal in remote areas and cities alike.

GoSolo Verdict

The Doogee S300 Pro is a rugged phone built for outdoor work, with a 11000 mAh battery, IP68/IP69K rating, and MediaTek Dimensity 8300 chip—it delivers genuine durability and endurance, though the 1080p display and middling cameras lack the polish you'd pay for in a mainstream flagship at this price.

Strengths · 4

11,000 mAh battery with tested endurance—genuine two-day runtime for moderate use, not marketing fluff.
IP68 and IP69K rating plus MIL-STD-810H compliance means it survives what normal phones cannot: submersion to 1.5 meters, high-pressure water jets, drops from construction sites.
Dimensity 8300 with 16GB RAM handles heavy workloads without lag; field apps, heavy multitasking, and modest gaming run smoothly.
512GB storage with dedicated microSD slot (up to 2TB) covers serious field workers who need to carry photos, videos, and logs without cloud dependency.

Trade-offs · 3

1080p LCD on a 6.78-inch screen looks soft at arm's length; rivals at this price now push 1440p or AMOLED, and the 120Hz refresh does not hide the pixel grid.
Camera hardware leans toward spec sheet (200MP main, night-vision mode) but real-world output is merely competent; no optical zoom, and low-light clarity lags phones in this tier.
Charging speed omitted from official spec—a red flag for a €560 device in 2026; rivals offer 65W+ as standard, and slow charging compounds the weight and thickness burden.
