performance

Snapdragon 680, Adreno 610 GPUBuilt for light tasks and casual gaming; demanding titles will stutter at low frame rates.

display

6.95", 1080p, 90Hz IPS LCDLarge screen with smooth scrolling, but 1080p on that size means text and icons are slightly soft compared to sharper phones at similar price.

battery

7000mAh, about 1.5 to 2 days light useWith moderate use (browsing, messaging, video), expect to reach evening; heavy use will deplete it by afternoon.

charging

22.5W wired, roughly 1 hour to fullSlow by 2025 standards; you will need to plan charging or carry a power bank for day trips.

camera

50MP main, 8MP selfie, 1080p videoAdequate for social media and casual snapshots in daylight; low-light shots and video will show noise and lack detail.

durability

Splash and dust resistant onlyCan survive a spill or brief rain, but no deep-water immersion; more fragile than IP-rated peers.

GoSolo Verdict

The nova 14i is a budget phone with an oversized 6.95-inch screen and exceptional 7000 mAh battery built around a Snapdragon 680, offering long rests between charges but stumbling at anything beyond casual use. It's a sensible pick for messaging, social media, and offline content on a tight budget, but the slow charging and entry-level performance mean you will feel the compromises daily.

Strengths · 4

7000 mAh battery delivers two full days on light use; a genuine advantage in markets where charging infrastructure is thin
Large 6.95-inch display suits content consumption and messaging without feeling cramped
Snapdragon 680 handles everyday tasks and light gaming without drama; smooth enough for what most budget buyers actually do
Splash and dust resistance covers common spills and light rain

Trade-offs · 3

22.5W charging is slow by 2025 standards; expect a full hour to charge, making quick top-ups impractical for day trips
Snapdragon 680 stumbles on demanding games and multitasking; real-world lag shows with heavy apps
1080p resolution on a 6.95-inch screen leaves text and icons slightly soft compared to sharper mid-range phones at similar price
