display

120Hz, 670-nit screenScrolling feels smooth, and the screen stays readable in direct sunlight, though not quite as bright as phones costing twice as much.

performance

MediaTek Dimensity 6400, 8 coresHandles day-to-day apps and lighter games without lag, but will struggle with demanding 3D titles at high settings.

battery

6000 mAh, roughly 1.5 days light useWith moderate use (messaging, social media, calls), you should reach a second day; heavy video or gaming will drain it by evening.

storage

128GB or 256GB, microSD up to 2TBThe base 128GB fills quickly with apps and video, but you can expand it with a memory card if you need more space for media.

durability

IP64 rating, 8.14mm thicknessResists dust and splashes from any direction, but not submersion; the thin body feels sturdy enough for pocket carry.

GoSolo Verdict

The Hot 60i 5G is a straightforward budget 5G phone built around a 6000 mAh battery and a spacious 6.75-inch screen—exactly what you want if you prioritize battery life and screen real estate over cameras or processing grunt. At 90 EUR, it delivers the essentials without pretense, though the 720p display and modest chipset mean trade-offs in sharpness and gaming performance are real.

Strengths · 4

6000 mAh battery easily reaches two days of moderate use; a genuine advantage in a market where many mid-rangers peak at one full day
6.75-inch 120Hz display with 670-nit peak brightness offers good real-world usability for reading, messaging, and video without strain
5G connectivity, IP64 dust and splash resistance, and a dedicated microSD slot at this price point are standard value adds that matter to budget buyers
Lightweight at 199g and thin at 8.1mm; builds a phone that actually feels pleasant to carry rather than a slab

Trade-offs · 3

720p resolution on a 6.75-inch screen means 260 ppi—noticeably soft text and pixelation in photos if you zoom; rivals now push 1080p at this price
50MP camera is a spec-sheet number; f/1.6 and autofocus sound fine, but 1080p video only and no ultrawide makes it strictly basic for a 2025 phone
Dimensity 6400 handles daily apps smoothly but will stutter on demanding games; this is a messaging-and-social-media chip, not a gaming one
