display

6.8-inch AMOLED, 144Hz, 6500 nitsThe 144Hz refresh and 240Hz touch sampling make scrolling and swiping instant, while 6500 nits peak means readable text and photos even in direct sunlight.

battery

7000 mAh, about 1.5 to 2 days light useWith that capacity and a modern display, expect roughly 8 to 10 hours of mixed screen-on time per day, so most users will charge every other day if use is moderate.

performance

MediaTek Dimensity 7300, Mali-G615 GPUThis chipset handles everyday apps, video streaming, and lighter games smoothly, but demanding titles will need medium settings rather than high-end performance.

durability

IP66/IP68/IP69, Gorilla Glass 7iThe IP69 rating means it survives dust and high-pressure water jets, while Gorilla Glass 7i resists scratches and impacts better than earlier generations.

storage

128 GB or 256 GB, 8/12 GB RAMThe 12 GB RAM variant keeps many apps in memory simultaneously; storage tiers suit light to moderate file collections, though no microSD slot limits expansion.

GoSolo Verdict

The Realme 15 5G is a large, bright OLED phone built to endure, with a 7000mAh battery and IP69 rating that make it practical for everyday use. The 144Hz display and solid mid-tier chipset handle scrolling and apps smoothly, but it's held back by a modest mid-range camera and middling charging speed for its price tier.

Strengths · 4

6.8-inch OLED display with 6500 nits peak brightness and 144Hz refresh—bright enough to use in direct sunlight and smooth enough to feel responsive
7000 mAh battery easily delivers 1.5 to 2 days of moderate use without hunting for a charger
IP69 rating plus MIL-STD-810H certification means it tolerates dust, high-pressure water jets, and drops without flinching
MediaTek Dimensity 7300+ handles everyday apps, streaming, and gaming at medium settings without stutter or lag

Trade-offs · 3

80W charging is ordinary for the price; rivals in this segment now routinely offer 120W or more, meaning significantly faster top-ups
Camera system is straightforward 50MP main with 8MP ultrawide—no telephoto, no macro, no distinctive imaging strength to speak of
Gorilla Glass version is unspecified and display resolution at 453 ppi on a 6.8-inch screen is just adequate, not sharp
