GoSolo Verdict

The Camon 50 Pro leans hard into display and battery capacity—a 6.78-inch AMOLED at 144Hz and 6500 mAh are rare finds at this price. The Dimensity 7400 Ultimate and 50MP cameras with 3x optical zoom deliver capable all-around performance, but 45W charging feels sluggish in a 2026 market where rivals routinely hit 100W or beyond.

Strengths · 4

6.78-inch AMOLED at 144Hz with 89.6% screen-to-body ratio is uncommon at this price point and genuine everyday comfort
6500 mAh battery paired with IP68/IP69K rating and MIL-STD-810H compliance speaks to durability for heavy users
50MP main camera with f/1.8 aperture, OIS, and a usable 3x telephoto (70mm) covers real-world shooting needs without gimmicks
Android 16 with 3 major OS upgrades means longer viable lifespan than many rivals in its class

Trade-offs · 3

45W charging is substantially slower than competitors at this tier, which routinely offer 100W+ in 2026
Dimensity 7400 Ultimate is capable but not exceptional—enough for daily use and gaming, but does not lead its segment
8 MP ultrawide at 112° is narrow by modern standards and the modest sensor size limits low-light performance
