display

12-inch, 90Hz, 450 nitsThe 12-inch screen and 90Hz refresh keep scrolling smooth, and 450 nits is adequate for indoor reading but direct sunlight will wash out the image.

battery

10160mAh, roughly 10+ hours screen-onA large capacity for a tablet means a typical day of mixed use, reading, and video should need only one charge, but heavy daily use may demand a top-up by evening.

storage

Expandable via microSD, no built-in storageThis tablet ships with zero internal storage, so you must buy a microSD card separately to store any apps, photos, or files.

GoSolo Verdict

The Megapad Pro is a 12-inch budget tablet that prioritizes screen size and battery life over performance or brightness. It suits buyers who want a large display for reading and video at a modest price, but the underwhelming brightness, zero pre-installed storage, and basic internals mean it is best treated as a media consumption device, not a productivity workhorse.

Strengths · 3

12-inch display provides genuine screen real estate advantage over standard tablets and larger phones for reading and video
10,000 mAh battery easily delivers a full day of mixed use without a top-up
Slim and light (547g) for a 12-inch tablet, making it feasible to hold for reading for extended periods

Trade-offs · 3

Ships with zero internal storage despite the spec listing 256GB—you must buy a microSD card separately before the tablet is usable
450 nits brightness is underwhelming for outdoor use or bright rooms compared to rivals in the same price tier
Chipset and RAM omitted from public specs, signaling budget internals that likely limit performance beyond basic media consumption
