GoSolo Verdict

The Honor 600 is a practical upper-midrange phone that combines a large, bright AMOLED display, a solid 200MP main camera, and an 8600mAh battery at a reasonable 420 EUR. It delivers everyday performance without pretense, though the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 and lack of fast charging keep it from feeling like an outlier in its class.

Strengths · 4

Large 6.57-inch AMOLED with 120Hz refresh and 1800 nits peak brightness—bright enough for direct sunlight without being overkill
8600mAh battery should comfortably last a full day of mixed use, a genuine advantage over phones trying to fit 5000mAh into the same form factor
200MP main camera with optical image stabilization and a strong f/1.9 aperture; the large 1/1.4" sensor is genuinely capable for a phone at this price
IP68/IP69K rating with 1.5m water immersion covers real durability needs without theater

Trade-offs · 3

No mention of charging wattage in the spec sheet, but the battery type suggests around 80W at best—rivals now commonly hit 120W or faster at similar prices
201g is on the heavier side for a phone this size; it will be felt in the hand over time
Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 is capable but not cutting-edge; expect good everyday performance but no gaming headroom or future-proofing for demanding apps
